Do You Deliver Products Internationally?
Yes, Best Gift House deliver items internationally. We ship worldwide.
How Do I Place My Order?
To place an order:
- Finish adding items to your shopping cart
- You may choose to process your payment through our website checkout or through PayPal.
- If you wish to continue through our website checkout, please click on the “Place your order” button located on the right side of the screen.
- If you wish to continue through "PayPal", please click on the PayPal button
- You will be transferred to our Customer Information Page. You will be prompted to enter your information: Email address, Name, Address
- If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the " Discount" field located on the right side of the screen.
- Continue by clicking “Continue to Shipping Method” button. Please make sure you have input the delivery address correctly (if different from your billing address.) Once everything is completed, click on “Continue on to Payment Method”
- You will need to enter in your payment details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
- Once you have completed the form, click on the "Complete Order" button. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary together with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as you will receive an e-mail confirmation for your purchase.
What Payment Options Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you.

Can I Apply More Than One Discount Code Onto My Order?
Unfortunately, no. As per our Discount Policy, only one discount code can be applied onto a single order.
How Can I Check The Order Status?

How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Successfully Submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the order number and details of your purchase. If you didn't receive the email confirmation after successfully completing your purchase then please make sure to check your email spam / junk folder.
When Will I Receive My Order?
The estimated delivery time for US is 12 to 22 business days starting on the date of shipment. For International shipments it will take 9 to 18 extra business days. Kindly note that in certain unforeseen situations, such as customs hold, delivery process may result in additional delays. We will not be held liable. There will also be expected delays to all shipments in a holiday season, due to the heavy volume of shipments that we have to handle.
Note: Business days exclude public holidays, also exclude saturday and sunday.
Processing and Handling Time: 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery Attempts And Refund
We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address. We will consider the order as “executed” in the following situations. Best Gift House is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for situations where:
- Delivery not done due to wrong address supplied by the customer
- Recipient not available especially in Hotels, Hostels and Gated Communities
- Premises locked
- Wrong phone/ Cell or Extension number/ not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done
- Recipient refused the products
- Delivered the product at the Gate / Reception / Neighbour
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient

Can I Change My Shipping Information After I Place My Order?
If you contact us about this issue before we ship your order, then yes. Unfortunately, we cannot do much after the order is shipped.
Customs, Duties And Taxes
- We do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
- The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including ensuring lawful import of our merchandise. We are not responsible for orders which are confiscated by customs in destination countries.
- We are not able to mark orders as gifts, they will be listed as merchandise.
- We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.
- Parcels with overdue customs fees, duties and/or taxes are deemed as being abandoned and will be destroyed by your local customs office. No refund will be made on abandoned parcels.
- Parcels are subject to customs inspection and may take longer to arrive than stated delivery date.

Will All My Items Ship Together In One Box?
Different items take different time to be shipped and delivered, due to a variety of factors such as weight, dimension, customs complication, etc.
Therefore to speed things up for our customers, we sometimes ship items separately. It is perfectly normal to receive certain items of an order in separate boxes.
Will I Be Notified On My Order's Status?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is shipped out.
Am I Entitled For A Replacement If The Item Is Damaged?
Yes. Upon receiving the item, customers have 7 days to request for a replacement. If the item's defect is deemed valid, we will send another replacement to you.
What Are Your Shipping Rates?
Everything is free shipping. We don't charge you any shipping fees.
Which Countries Do You Ship To?
Currently, we do ship worldwide. But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order.
How To Cancel An Order?
Cancellation of order is allowed for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise you will only receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process and we will have to deduct shipping and handling fees. You can request to cancel your order by sending us a message using our contact us page.
